Torture slur on police as man held for theft dies in custody
A 35-year-old man, who was arrested from Gulzarbagh on Monday on charges of cellphone theft, died in custody at Agamkuan police station here under mysterious circumstances on Tuesday.The victim was identified as Ranjeet Sahni, a resident of Sadiqpur locality in Gulzarbagh.
