Two get 6 yrs jail for culpable homicide
A North Goa court has sentenced Rajesh Singh Dalal and Bramaprakash alias Braham Prakash Sharma from Haryana to six years imprisonment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder of their employer. However, since the accused had already undergone the entire sentence, the court stated that they “shall be released if not required in any other crime”.
