UP: '158 criminals shot in encounters in 5 years'
One criminal was killed every 12 day in Uttar Pradesh in police encounters. As per record, 158 criminals, carrying bounties, have been killed since 2017.During the same period, 19,999 criminals were arrested, while 3,679 among them sustained injuries when they tried to escape.
