UP: Cows dying in 'gaushalas' due to apathy, says Akhilesh
Claiming that crores of rupees were released for 'gaushalas' where cows were dying of hunger due to gross neglect of the BJP, former UP chief minister Akhilesh Yadav on Friday said after the Samajwadi Party government is formed, a mechanism will be put in place for proper rehabilitation of stray cows and cattle. It will also stop them from destroying crops of farmers, he said.
