UP: Man kills self, blames sister-in-law in suicide note
A 25-year-old man died by suicide after allegedly jumping in front of a train in Naugawan Sadat region of Amroha district in Uttar Pradesh. The local villagers found the victim’s headless body on Wednesday morning near the railway tracks and informed the cops.
