Warring is new Pb Cong chief, Partap Singh CLP leader
After the Congress debacle in the assembly elections, party president Sonia Gandhi on Saturday appointed Gidderbaha MLA Amrinder Singh “Raja Warring” Brar (45) as the new Punjab Congress president, replacing Navjot Singh Sidhu.
