Mohali police denied the Chandigarh Police charge that the cheating case accused escaped from its custody in Sector 8 on Thursday, claiming the Muktsar man was not formally handed over to them.Even as the blame game continues, Himanshu Kakaria, the accused, is yet to arrested.
