Youth chase 7-band score, not degrees: Punjab CM
Punjab governor Banwari Lal Purohit has asked youth to put their technical skills to the service of mankind and the nation, while chief minister Bhagwant Mann has asked them to chase prestigious degrees instead of a 7-band score at IELTS.
