A hospital with 'best' tag serves under mild tugs for political credit
The community health centre (CHC) at Jalsu in Amber assembly constituency has been rated the best CHC in Jaipur district. The CHC offers modern facilities and has been recognized under the Kayakalp Award scheme. The ruling Congress and Opposition BJP both claim credit for its success, but the staff remains focused on serving patients. The CHC is equipped with critical care facilities and provides services in gynaecology, paediatrics, medicine, and anaesthesia. BJP MLA Satish Poonia has sponsored the installation of a 3D ultrasound machine at the CHC using his MLA-LAD fund.
