Express train passes over protester at Bihta rly stn
A protester demanding the Bihta-Aurangabad railway line project escaped unhurt after a train passed over him in Patna. The railway sangharsh samiti, consisting of around 40 workers, were protesting on the tracks when Lokmanya Tilak Express arrived. The other protesters moved away, but their leader, Chandan Kumar Verma, remained lying on the tracks. After the train passed, the workers protested against the East Central Railway management. The movement of local MEMU trains was affected during the three-hour agitation.
