Goa: Two-day budget session to start with speaker’s election
The two-day budget session of the Goa legislative assembly will begin on Tuesday. The session will start with the election of the new speaker, followed by the governor’s address. Chief minister Pramod Sawant will present the first full-fledged budget of his second tenure on Wednesday.
