HC grants state leave to appeal Tarun Tejpal's acquittal
In a setback to former Tehelka founder-editor Tarun Tejpal, the high court of Bombay at Goa on Saturday admitted the state’s appeal against his acquittal by a trial court. The HC said that a case has prima facie been made out, and granted the government leave to appeal.
