Heavy rainfall, strong winds 'damage over 50% wheat crop' in US Nagar
Farmers in several villages and towns of Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand are facing economic problems due to damage to wheat crops caused by heavy rains and strong winds. As per the locals' estimate, wheat crops have been damaged by at least 50%-60% in affected areas.
