Lesa gears up on OTS after festive season lull The one-time settlement (OTS) scheme launched by the state government in Lucknow to recover pending dues has seen a slow uptake due to the ongoing festival season. Only 7% of eligible consumers have opted for the scheme so far, prompting efforts to increase coverage. Lesa officials are increasing the number of camps and using social media to promote the scheme. The scheme allows consumers to settle their dues and also offers a solution to tackle electricity theft. The scheme is running for 54 days from November 8 to December 31.
