Military veterans upset over MoD backtracking on withdrawing cases
As the country is celebrating the Kargil victory this month, there is disquiet amongst the military community over the defence ministry’s decision to restart filing appeals in the SC against disability and pensionary benefits to disabled soldiers, old veterans and widows, which were withdrawn earlier.
