Nanakshahi Calendar architect Purewal dies
Pal Singh Purewal, the architect of Sikhs’ informal Nanakshahi Calendar (NC), breathed his last on early Thursday in Edmonton, Canada. Although his family could not be contacted, Vancouver resident Kuldip Singh confirmed his death.
