No poison found in Mukhtar Ansari’s viscera 
Senior jail officials from Banda confirmed no poison was found in the viscera of Mukhtar Ansari, a jailed don-turned-politician. The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) of Banda ordered a judicial probe into his death on March 29. Despite relatives accusing poisoning, the post-mortem report confirmed a heart attack as the cause of death. The viscera report from Lucknow is under investigation, with scrutiny on the doctors and check-up procedures.
