Souza’s ‘Girl in a Yellow Sweater’ for grabs at Rs 6cr
Rare works by three Indian artists from Goa — F N Souza, V S Gaitonde and Antonio Xavier Trindade — will go under the hammer this week, including a 1957 art piece, ‘Girl in a yellow sweater’, valued at around Rs 6 crore. The ‘Etrusian Group’, another F N Souza work which dates back to 1987, is also up for auction with a tentative value of Rs 2 crore.
