UP government suspends DCB deputy general manager, secretary for unauthorised interest payments to trusts related to Azam Khan
The action was taken following a complaint by a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA from Rampur, Akash Saxena. Saxena, in his letter to CM Yogi Adityanath on September 11, alleged that the DCB had made unauthorised interest payments to Jauhar Trust and Rampur Public School in violation of the bank's by-laws.
