As the suspended SAD leader Bibi Jagir Kaur remains adamant on contesting for the post of SGPC president, SAD (Sanyukt) president Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa has urged the Sikh body members to vote against ‘Badal Dal’ and ‘envelope culture’.
